每年只有兩個月當造的香箱蟹，即雌性松葉蟹，一般體積比較細小，但此為特大，所以蟹膏更豐富、蟹肉更飽滿。肉味鮮甜，有豐富內子（蟹膏、蟹黃）及外子（蟹籽）。蟹籽如海葡萄般爽脆帶咸鮮。
 
※活口產品早上在日本市場包裝的時候一定是生猛的，經過飛機直航，政府部門抽檢再經物流團隊送到府上，恕未能保証百分百存活，敬請見諒
 
Seikogani/Sekogani, female snow crab from Hokkaido, is only available for two months a year. The size is relatively small in general, but this is an XL product with more crab roe and meat. The crab meat is incredibly sweet. The shell is stuffed with rich uchiko (crab paste & crab miso) and sea grape-like sotoko (crab roe).
