每年只有兩個月當造的香箱蟹，即雌性松葉蟹，體積比較細小。肉味鮮甜，有豐富內子（蟹膏、蟹黃）及外子（蟹籽）。蟹籽如海葡萄般爽脆帶咸鮮。

Seikogani/Sekogani, female snow crab from Hokkaido, is only available for two months a year. The size is relatively small but the crab meat is incredibly sweet. The shell is stuffed with rich uchiko (crab paste & crab miso) and sea grape-like sotoko (crab roe).
