送貨需知 Delivery Policy

•我們會於24小時內透過電郵，電話或WhatsApp確認您的網上訂單。

•除非日本市場休息，一般會於1-2天內發貨。

•如果趕急可聯絡客服，由客戶安排GOGOX（GOGOVan）取貨。

送貨服務
•送貨服務僅限於香港島、九龍及新界之工業、商業及住宅範圍，偏遠地區及離島（包括馬灣、大嶼山及離島、機場等地區）會有額外收費。
•當八號烈風或以上懸掛或紅色、黑色暴雨警告生效時，送貨服務時間或會延遲，本公司將會聯絡顧客更改送貨日期。
•如收貨人士未能於約定時間內收取已訂購之貨品，本公司將保留權利向該顧客收取額外的送貨費用。
•送貨地址如有任何變更，顧客有責任即時通知本公司。
•收貨時請當面檢查無問題再作簽收。
•唐樓/村屋/沒有電梯的地點請到樓下或村口取貨。
•本公司保留權利決定拒絕向任何顧客送付貨品。

送貨費用
•凡購物滿（每單計）HK$800或以上，即可免費享用送貨服務（只適用於香港指定地區）。

•惠顧低於HK$800，送貨服務費需HK$100（只適用於香港指定地區）。

•本公司保留權利決定最終收取的送貨費用。

•如有任何爭議，辣喵保留最終決定權。

•Customers will receive a confirmation email, phone call or WhatsApp message within 24 hours upon order.

•Orders will be delivered within 1-2 days unless the Japanese market is closed.

•For urgent delivery, please contact our customer service for the possibility of arranging GOGOX (GOGOVan) pick-up service by the customer.

Delivery Service

・Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories' commercial, industrial and residential addresses only. Delivery service to remote areas and outlying islands (including Ma Wan, Lantau Island, and Hong Kong International Airport) requires extra charge.
・Delivery service will be suspended or delayed when typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this event, our company will contact customers to re-schedule the delivery.
・Our company reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
・It is the responsibility of the customer to notify our company immediately for of any changes of the delivery address.
・Please ensure that all packages are checked for any signs of damage before signing for your consignment. 

・For tenement buildings/village houses/places without elevators, please go downstairs or to the entrance of the village to pick up the goods.

・Our company reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

Delivery Fee

・Our company offers free delivery (single location in designated area of Hong Kong only) for orders over HK$800 (per transaction).
・For orders under HK$800, a delivery charge of HK$100 shall apply (single location in designated area of Hong Kong only).
・Our company reserves the right to determine the final delivery charge.
・Pirineko reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and to make final decisions in all matters of disputes.
